How hard is it to switch from my current accountant?
Very easy — and we do almost all of it. Once you confirm, we write to your previous accountant for professional clearance and your records, notify HMRC that we're acting for you, and set everything up. Most clients spend less than 15 minutes on the whole process.
Do you only work with businesses in Manchester?
No. We're based in Bury and many clients are local to Greater Manchester, but because we work on cloud software we support businesses and individuals across the whole UK just as easily.
How do your fees work?
Fixed fees, agreed in advance. For ongoing services most clients pay a simple monthly amount covering everything in their package. One-off work — like a single tax return or a QuickBooks setup — is quoted as a one-off fixed price. No hourly billing surprises.
Can you help if my books are behind or in a mess?
Yes — catch-up work is one of the most common things new clients bring us. Whether it's a year of unfiled bookkeeping or a QuickBooks/Xero file that's gone wrong, we'll quote a fixed price to get you straight, then keep you that way.
